L accueil parfait par Elodie à la résidence avec son temps accordé pour visiter plusieurs logements et nous faire le bail de suite et remise des clés et la simplicité du dossier à faire.notres fils va être au top!

"Bonne résidence"
Une résidence dans l'ensemble agréable. Le service est correct avec des réponses relativement rapides. Le plus agréable étant les espaces communs parfaits pour rencontrer des gens ou se retrouver entre amis.
Les appartements sont neufs et en bon état.
En revanche le loyer reste vraiment élevé, malgré tous les services proposés en plus, par rapport aux autres résidences. -

"Résidence agréable"
Le loyer est bien trop cher pour une résidence étudiante. Les avantages sont la sécurité et la propreté dans les espaces communs. Également la réactivité des personnes qui travaillent dans la résidence mais il persiste quand même souvent des petits problèmes (la borne du parking cassée depuis plusieurs mois alors que nous payons pour avoir des places sécurisées par exemple). Il y a également d’assez gros problèmes au niveau de la connexion internet et ce depuis au moins septembre 2024.

"Résidence Neuve et très agréable."
C'est une résidence neuve et très agréable, proche du centre d'Anges et des transport en commun.
Nous y avons été très bien accueilli et orienté dans toute nos démarches.

Résidence agréable mais la sonorisation n est pas parfaite avec les appartements du dessus ou à côté ( nuisance sonore le soir ) ce qui est problématique pour trouver le sommeil
