Bonne résidence, les appartements sont vraiment bien, bien équipés et bien localisés , on est près de tout, idéal quand on est étudiant. J’ai une très belle vue sur les hortillonnages de ma fenêtre. Les espaces communs sont super. Très pratique également d’avoir des machines à laver à disposition. La résidence est bien entretenue malgré quelques problèmes mais qui sont vite pris en charge. À voir pour mettre des mesures pour les personnes dès étages qui peuvent déranger le voisinage

Cadre agréable et soigné pour les séjours étudiants.
Proximité avec le centre-ville et les transports.
Pour la sécurité, il faudrait la renforcer davantage. Faire une campagne de sensibilisation des étudiants pour
- la sécurité des lieux car elle passe aussi par eux.
- le respect des règles et des lieux

"Résidence aceuillante"
Bâtiment récent très bien tenu et très propre.
Responsable de la résidence accueillant et précis sur les règles à respecter.
Espaces communs agréables et chaleureux. Salles de sport et terrasse.
Studios bien équipés et très propres. Décoration sobre mais fonctionnelle et esthétique.
