"Residence agréable, propre et calme"
La résidence n'est pas tout à fait près de la gare, et il faut marcher 10 minutes. Mais elle est très agréable, très propre, très bien tenue par le manager, et calme. Elle a ainsi beaucoup d'atouts pour les étudiants

La résidence est bien située : proche des commodités.
Guillaume, le gérant de la résidence, est super sympa et très aidant. Mention spéciale pour lui. -

"Quite nice"
The residence itself is quite nice. I liked the location, the building. Other tenants are friendly. The common area is quite clean and cozy. The internet quality and soundproofing are downsides, though.

"Résidence"
Bonne résidence, propre, calme. Référent présent, à l’écoute. Appartement propre, nouveau, bien insonorisé.
Grande sale commune, permettant de travailler calmement. Salle de sport d’agréable.
Petit bemol : la connexion wifi n’est pas au topManager response

Je vous remercie vivement pour cet avis.
En effet, l'accroissement du télétravail et des cours à distance engendrent un nombre de connexion inhabituel ce qui provoque parfois des micros-coupures au niveau du wifi.
Nous sommes désolée pour la gêne occasionnée et faisons notre maximum afin de trouver une solution avec l'opérateur WIFI.

"Résidence agréable"
Résidence récente, toute neuve à mon arrivée il y a un an. Confortable et bien équipée avec une responsable de résidence sympa et efficace. Situé dans un quartier calme. A 10/15 minutes à pied de la gare TGV et RER de Massy. Supermarché, bars, restau et cinéma pas loin (vers la gare)

"Résidence agréable, personnel compétent"
La chambre est très confortable, d'une taille idéale. La personne responsable a été très efficace dans la préparation du dossier et la communication a été très efficace aussi.

"Bon deal si vous avez les moyens"
Residence globalement bonne, le seul petit bemol était la salle de sport pas equipé au top pour un sportif confirmé.
La gestionnaire Marie est parfaite et fait tout son possible pour satisfaire tout le monde, elle est le gros plus de la residence.
Sinon les lieux sont propres, assez bonne ambiance globalement, mobilier moderne, parfois surmeublé dans les studios. l'emplacement est bon globalement par rapport aux grandes ecoles comme l'X, ENSTA, ENSAE.
Le dernier bemol est le prix un peu élevéManager response
Je vous remercie pour votre précieux avis. Effectivement la résidence est classée "haut de gamme" d'où le prix plus élevé que dans certaines autres résidences.
La salle de sport n'est pas encore terminée, d'autres accessoires y sont prévus.

"Excellente résidence"
J'ai été bluffé par la qualité des accommodations, la propreté du lieu ainsi que par la gentillesse de la gestionnaire. Tous les services sont en place et vous n'avez qu'à poser vos valises. C'est beaucoup de tracas en moins pour un étudiant ou un jeune actif soucieux de son budget pour accéder à des services comme l'internet très haut-débit.
C'est une résidence vraiment exceptionnelle et je recommande à tous.Manager response

"Résidence agréable"
Résidence récente avec appartements cosy ( on se sent chez soi ) et bien équipés (kit vaisselle inclus et linge de lit). L'immeuble est bien isolé, adieu le froid. Très bon emplacement à 10 min de la gare, proche de Carrefour et Cora. La procédure de demande de logement a été facile et rapide, la responsable de la résidence est super sympa et réactive.

"Résidence propre"
Résidence très propre moderne avec des services très correcte mobilier neuf à 5-10 min de la gare de massy RER b et c idéalement situé à proximité de commerces /ecole/entreprise.
Équipé d une salle de sport ainsi que d un parkingManager response
