"Résidence agréable"
Résidence neuve et bien équipée au niveau des logements (vaisselle, micro-onde, ...). La résidence comporte aussi des machines à laver, une salle de sport, une salle commune.
La résidence est bien gérée, propre ; la personne en charge de la résidence est facilement joignable.
Elle est bien localisée, proche des transports et des commerces. -

"residence calme et agreable"
slt :D voila, je vie maintennant depuis 3 semaines dans la résidence, tout est cool et très calme, paisible (pour un jeune salariée). le responsable du batiment est tres open et accessible. chaque demande/problem est bien traitée et rapidement.
Rien à redire mise à part qlq problèmes concernant les travaux du batiment mais rien de très grave.

Résidence parfaite. Très comfort. Nouveau chaud lunineux. Trop calme. L’isolation acoustique est bien faite. L’eau chaude et le chauffage sont toujours disponibles. Tous les services sont bien faits. Un seul problème qu’il y a beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre et je ne sais pas ca vient d’où
