Less than 10 minutes from the beaches by tram, students will benefit from a privileged study environment, with in particular beautiful common areas and a wide choice of surrounding shops (cinema, restaurants, shopping centre). The proximity of public transport allows quick access to the city center.
Each accommodation is equipped with a kitchenette with microwave, hob, fridge and hood, a bathroom with WC and towel dryer, and a living room-bedroom furnished with a 120x200cm bed.
