Thanks to the proximity of the tram lines, you will have quick access to all schools and universities. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with microwave, hob, refrigerator and extractor fan, a bathroom with toilet and towel dryer, and a furnished living room-bedroom with a 120x200cm bed.
