"Résidence parfois bruyante la nuit"

Résidence agréable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de personnel la nuit pour veiller à la quiétude des lieux.

"Belle résidence"

La résidence Stud'city est neuve, les logements sont très bien agencés, très bien équipés. Cette résidence est à 5 minutes d'un IUT, à 2 minutes des transports en communs qui vous amène à la gare en 20 minutes. Il y tout le nécessaire pour un étudiant. Résidence parfaite avec des logements fonctionnels.

"Résidence calme et agréable"

Cette résidence est très calme, près d'un lac et très bien surveillée. Les conditions de travail sont optimales pour un étudiant sérieux. Le rapport qualité/prix est justifié, l'accueil fonctionne bien. La résidence est neuve et l'aspect général est très correct. On trouve un supermarché à proximité et les transports en commun (tramway/bus) arrivent au pied de la résidence très régulièrement. Il est possible de manger également à proximité. Pas vraiment grand chose à redire donc.
