"L’accueil l’accueil l’accueil"
Bonjour
C’est une résidence qui a été rénovée
Proche de tout, donc très facile pour vivre sa vie d’étudiante
Et surtout quand on loin de ses proches, il y’a la gérante, qui est d’abord gentille, mais efficace , à l’écoute, disponible même des fois au delà du raisonnable …un vrai réconfort -

"bonne résidence étudiante mais..."
Ma fille n'occupe plus le logement depuis le confinement mais nous sommes toujours locataires.
Les charges sont normalement incluses dans le montant du loyer (eau, edf)
Mais il n'y a pas eu de régularisation -

"Néméa Appart'Etud Villeneuve d'Ascq"
La proximité de la résidence au lieu de travail, aux commerces ainsi qu'aux moyens de transports est un grand point positif. Malheureusement les appartements sont souvent sujets à des dysfonctionnements (fenêtres qui ne se ferment pas, éviers qui fuient, évacuations sanitaires bouchées, ...). Le prix (plutôt coûteux) de l'appartement (550€/mois pour 18m²) n'est pour moi justifié que par la proximité du centre commercial et du métro. La résidence manque aussi cruellement d'espaces de rangements.

Par ailleurs, soucieux de votre bien-être, je vous invite à vous rapprocher de moi si vous rencontrez un pb technique, les problèmes que vous évoquez sont inhérents à une résidence neuve et doivent être réglés dans le cadre de la garantie achèvement.
