"Résidence très agréable"
Très belle résidence toute neuve, avec salle de sport, distributeur, borne de commande restaurant, avec une gestionnaire très aimable. Je recommande cette résidence pour tous ceux qui sont inscrits à l'UPEC ou aux écoles aux alentours.

"Résidence agréable"
Un peu cher mais c'est une très bonne résidence, les services sont supers et on s'y sent bien. Malgré les petits problèmes du type chauffage, wifi, antenne télé, la qualité de la résidence est vraiment bien.

Résidence agréable moderne où les contacts sont bienveillants entre résidents. Tout est fait pour mettre le résident dans de bonnes conditions. En plus tout est neuf. Possibilité de stationnement de véhicules.

la gestionnaire est trop sympa et la résidence super bien acceuillante pour les études.
J'apprécie beaucoup le cadre et on a une salle de sport à notre disposition. Pas loin des commerces et transports
