"Résidence au top"
Résidence CALME et moderne avec des logements étudiants hyper fonctionnels et sécurisés.
La femme de ménage ici est un amour, et quoi de mieux que d'avoir un distributeur bien remplie ainsi qu'une laverie au sein même de la résidence ?! Le + aussi de cette résidence est qu'elle est en face d'un arrêt de tram et donc assez pratique pour aller faire ses courses ou autres.
Néanmoins, il est vrai que le personnel d'accueil change assez souvent mais reste toujours accueillant. -

"Personnel peu aimable"
Le point positif est la sécurité et la modernité des appartements. Mis à part cela, le personnel change souvent, il y a des responsables adorables mais la plupart du temps ils sont désagréables et peu disposés à aider les locataires dans leurs démarches. Aucune prise en compte du bien-être des locataires et aucune solution ne leur est proposée quand cela est nécessaire. Un grand merci toutefois à la femme de ménage des estudines Saint roch qui fait un travail formidable.
