La résidence est très agréable et sécurisée. Le personnel de l'accueil est formidable. Le logement est top avec un très grand balcon exposition plein sud. Je conseille vivement pour des études sereines.

"Tres belle résidence, situation parfaite"
La résidence Odalys de Metz est tres belle, bien entretenue et gérée parfaitement. Bien située à proximité du centre mais tres calme. Proche du Saulcy et aussi du lycee Fabert de Metz, la situation est idéale pour optimiser le temps de transport d'un etudiant.

"Résidence TRES calme"
Bonjour j ai loué un studio étudiant dans cette résidence mais malheureusement pour moi aucune connexion internet que ce soit par wifi ou par câble ,même la 4 G ne passait pas.après plusieurs demandes aux différentes personnes a l accueil rien de résolu j ai donc pris la décision de déménager. Par contre pour quelque qui recherche le silence et la quiétude je ne peut que lui recommandé .J insiste sur le fait q une fois installé plus personne ne s occupe de vos problèmes

Résidence très agréable et idéal pour les étudiants. Les logements sont très bien aménagés et comprennent tout le confort nécessaire, d'autant plus qu'ils sont déjà meublés. Personnel agréable également et à notre disposition.
