"Bien"
J'ai trop apprécié la sincérité du responsable de la résidence,la facilité de procédure de bail, mais Nécessite de nettoyer plus les espaces communs,les couloirs,la laverie,je préfère avoir la vaisselle sur place.

"Nexity"
Coupure récurrente d'eau et d'électricité suite à des canalisations qui saute régulièrement (toutes les 2 semaines environ), plus d’ascenseurs fonctionnel et syndic qui vous prends de haut. Ne respect aucune norme Européenne de sécurité. J'ai donc bien évidemment quitté la résidence à la suite de cela. Ne faites jamais affaire avec eux. En cas de sinistre comme la moitié des logements qui on été inondés. Ne prenez jamais l'assurance Nexity, il s'agit d'une contrefaçon...

"Studéa Euroméditerrannée 2 - Nexity"
Logement confortable, calme. En revanche avoir 3 gros problèmes d'eau (colonne d'eau cassée et étage inondé + coupure électricité), un an après la construction est inadmissible. Le quartier est très pauvre en magasins (alimentation...) . Mais gros point fort avec le métro de l'autre côté de la route.
