C'est une résidence agréable, confortable et calme. Bien entretenue et propre. Juste en bas de la résidence, il y'a le tramway qui passe. Ce qui est vraiment pratique pour les déplacements sur Clermont-Ferrand. Proche des campus universitaires.

L'accès au parking est très mauvais et non goudronné. La connexion internet ne va pas jusqu'au bout de mon appartement..
Les machines à laver et à sécher ne marchent pas. Les poubelles sont rarement sorties.
