"RESIDENCE AVEC EMPLACEMENT TRES PARATIQUE"
Propre, proche de RER, sécurisé .
2 points négatifs : les chambres qui donnent sur l'arrêt du bus sont extrêmement chaudes à partir D'avril.
Boites aux lettre trop petites , impossible de recevoir un colis, et la réception ne garde pas les colis . -

"Résidence agréable"
Résidence calme et particulièrement bien situé.
Le personnel d' accueil est serviable et sympathique, les appartements sont propres et bien pensé, les parties communes propres. -

"Résidence convenable si nécessaire"
Personnel agréable, arrangeant et disponible à l'accueil.
Très peu de rangements et mobilier non adapté à cet espace quand on y vit toute l'année. Convient pour dépanner sur des courtes périodes.
L'accès aux transports est pratique mais le cadre n'est pas très agréable (vue sur le rer et la station de bus).
Côté sud il peut faire très chaud dans les appartements dès que la température dépasse 25°C à l'extérieur. -

Bel appartement dans une résidence propre proche de toutes commodités (commerces transports). Logement agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour un étudiant (cuisine salle de bains privative buanderie). Je recommande

"Good"

"Avis sur la résidence"
Il serait naturel que le locataire ait une clé pour lui et qu'un proche ait une seconde clé en cas de besoin.
L'isolation phonique pêche un peu, mais généralement c'est calme, il n'y a pas de chahuts.
La cité est propre et bien entretenue. -

"Excellent emplacement"
La résidence est en très bon état, pas de troubles la nuit, très bien placée vis à vis du RER. Il y a quelques commodités autour qui sont bien pour dépanner ou faire de petites courses. Mais pour restauration ou faire des "vraies courses" il faut se déplacer. Par contre qualité très mauvaise de l'accès à internet.
