"Résidence cher mais agréable"
Une grosse déception à l'état des lieux d'entrée, le matelas était dans un état presque d'insalubrité. Heureusement que j'étais là car mon fils n'aurait pas réussi à obtenir un échange de matelas, même pas un neuf, mais juste un échange! Au prix des loyers, il me semble qu'un minimum est attendu, et même si c'était moins cher...

"Résidence Neuve et Calme"
Résidence très bien entretenue, agréable et calme. Dans un quartier très pratique de part les différents commerces et la présence de la gare de RER/Train à 5 min à pied. Laverie disponible, internet compris dans les frais de loyer ...

"Avis mitigé"
La mise en place a été difficile avec de nombreux problèmes (équippements manquants, travaux nécéssaires...) qui persistent encore, ce qui est surprennant étant donné le prix. De bons points cependant comme la connexion internet, la proximité de la gare et des chambres récentes.
