    "Résidence moderne et bien desservie"

    La Résidence Port Marianne est une résidence moderne et proche de toutes commodités ( commerces, tramway, médecins, banque, parc...) dans un quartier propre où il fait bon vivre. La résidence est bien entretenue et si toutefois on a besoin de quelque chose, on peut toujours demander à l'accueil ou à la conciergerie, ils sont très accueillants. Le loyer est assez élevé mais le cadre de vie en vaut la peine.

    "Étudiante"

    Le studio est très bien de plus il est bien équipé , des services para-hôteliers nous sont proposés. La résidence est proche de la faculté d'économie de l'université. Cependant, les prélèvements sont mal organisés.. Nous sommes étudiants Je trouve inacceptables qu'on nous demande des sommes exorbitantes d'un coup afin de régler plusieurs mois impayés sous prétexte qu'ils n'aient pas prélevé les mois précédents car ils ont pris du retard... C'est dommage

    "Belle résidence"

    Matériaux de construction de qualité. Calme et très bien entretenue. Très bon suivi apporté par la responsable. Bonne localisation. Dommage que les balcons ne puissent pas être exploités en raison des jardinières. Le prix reste très élevé pour ce type de logement.

    tout est parfait Mais malheursement ma fille attend depuis 3 mois pour
    manger sur une table.je serai content si vous pouviez faire le nécessaire.,vu qu on paye depuis 3 mois un loyer pour un confort
