"Studio décevant mais emplacement pratique"
Un studio récupéré extrêmement sale et délabré. Etat global pas dingue : placards tachés de gras et abîmés, murs en crépis sales, sol poqué et taché aussi. On était loin des photos sur le site internet...
Chers pour des logements sans électricité, ni wifi inclus.
Mais le logement et le quartier sont calmes.
Bien situé car proche du RER et des commerces. -

"Résidence étudiante au TOP"
Résidence étudiante au top, propre et agréable avec une gérante disponible et très gentille ! J’y suis resté 1 ans, les transports et les commerces sont à proximités. Je recommande grandement cette résidence !

"Résidence nickel"
Résidence nickel j'y ai vécu pendant 6 mois. La directrice est super : disponible, agréable, très arrangeante. La résidence est propre, calme. On s'y sent bien. À 10 minutes du RER, bus et commerces à proximité. Rien à redire

"Center Campus Massy"
à part des souvent problèmes avec le portail (souvent ouvert ou cassé) il n'y a pas des problèmes avec la résidence. Accueil toujours sympathique et la propreté des espaces communs sont remarquables. Félicitations

"New, clean residence with a very nice landlord"
The residence is clean, well-designed. The corridors are lighted, the ceilings are high. All the tableware is given when you move in, and the TV is installed. In comparison with an average student's residences in France, it is the cleanest and most beautiful I saw.
The minor inconveniences are 1) the heater in the room is a bit loud 2) as well the fridge 3) windows are not enough isolating against cold.
But in general, I am enjoying living here very much.
