"Bien dans l'ensemble"
Manque de places au parking quand on possède une voiture. Très rassurant les codes d'accès pour rentrer dans la résidence. Salle de sport sympa. Responsable de la résidence très professionnel et sympathique

"Avis Résidence les Arlézines"
Tout le nécessaire y est. Un arrêt de tram (ligne 1) à 5min en voiture. Parking, wifi gratuit, cafèt 24/24 7/7. Carrefour et Mac Donald à 5min en voiture également, une boulangerie de très bonne qualité (Moulin Tartine) à 2 min en voiture. La résidence se trouve sur la route de Carquefou qui est la grande route qui relie Nantes à Carquefou. Calme, pas de bouchons.
