"résidence étudiante"
Le responsable de la résidence est à l'écoute et très réactif au moindre problème rencontré.
Un seul bémol : on ne peut pas rajouter une armoire à cause des étagères qui décorent les murs et qui ne sont pas du tout fonctionnelles. -

Résidence récente avec apparts sympa, dans un quartier vivant et proche du métro, avec station vélo juste devant, pleins de commerces, bref agréable, je recommande.

"Problème d'écoute"
Gros probleme d'ecoute des demandes des locataires, j'ais rencontré de nombreux probleme avec internet ( compris dans mon loyer) sans jamais avoir de réel reponse ni de contrepartie. Enfin je note que les reparations sont souvent longue ( porte coupe feu du second etage toujours pas reparée ce qui est extrement dangereux et pas dans les normes)... etc.
