"Très bonne residence"
La résidence en elle même est agréable à vivre, les logements sont confortables et très fonctionnels, la gestion est plutôt ATTENTION la nuit il vaut mieux éviter certaines rues alentours et passer par en haut, il est quand même plus sue faisable de rentrer chez soi en toute sécurité

Les logements sont récents donc le mobilier est quasi neuf, pas de problèmes de voisinage (bruits, insalubrités etc...) et pas de nuisibles non plus (rats, cafards ...)
Je recommande fortement pour tout étudiant
