"Les estudines saint denis"
La résidence est très bien entretenue que ce soit sécurité ou propreté . il y a tout les transports à côté de la résidence . JE recommandes cette résidence car pour ma part comme premier appartement je la trouves bien.

"Escrocri"
Débit du wifi catastrophique, récupération de ma caution après 2 mises en demeure. J’attends encore les 50€ de parrainage que j’aurais du recevoir avec la caution, mauvaise isolation (on entend le vosin) Impression de « se faire avoir » au moment du départ -> lavage moquette, lavage de la housse du canapé déduit de la caution au moment du départ (Ce point n’a évidemment pas était souligné le jour de la signature du contrat), obligation de demander autorisation au gardien pour recevoir du monde

"J'ai adoré. Hyper bien"
Bonne résidence. Services et personnel de qualité. Le personnel est cool et compréhensif. Résidence sécurisé et bien entretenu, calme, il n'y a pas assez de bruits. Aussi, bien situé et bien desservie par les transports en commun. Je recommande fortement.

"Fonctionnelle"
Je trouve les appartements trop petits pour un loyer trop elevé. C'est une residence etudiante et je ne comprends pas pourquoi c'est aussi cher pour ce que c'est. Les etudiants n'ont pas de salaire a 1200€ c'est pas possible.
