"mle"
La résidence est assez récente et bien entretenue. Elle est accueillante. Bien située, proche de la Place du Commerce. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner dans une salle au rez de chaussée.

"Bon choix !"
Je suis tombé sur la résidence dans une période où toutes les locations à Nantes étaient prises et le gérant de la résidence a été très gentil en comprenant ma situation et j'ai réussi à m'installer rapidement.
Les appartements sont beaux et pratiques et la résidence est totalement équipée.
Spécial félicitations au gérant, toujours là pour ces qu'on a besoin ! -

"belle residence"
belle residence, concierge pas au top,toujours absent,ce qui gêne dans la residence c'est que l'on impose un service hotelier de 50€ /mois, c'est très cher et inutile pour certains.
Le service petit dejeuner n'est que gaspillage, tous les matins les viennoiseries sont achetees et retrouvees dans les poubelles
à revoir le cote logistique et obligation de souscrire au service hotelier
sinon la residences est neuve bien concue, et agreable à vivre. -

Le logement en lui même est impeccable. En revanche, la personne à l'accueil n'était pas très chaleureuse et peu disponible. Pas de mail en cas de réception de colis (le colis peut rester indéfiniment à l'accueil)
