"Résidence très agréable, paisible, propre, calme"
J'aime beaucoup cette residence, et sa situation géographique. C'est très agréable et il y a les commerces à côté, juste en face de la résidence. Il y a en fait tout à côté; ce n'est pas loin du centre commerciale Val d'Europe et de Disneyland. Apres ce n'est pas vraiment proche de Paris. On va dire 45-50 mins, dépendant de la circulation. Moi la distance ne me dérange pas. Il y a des bus pour nous rendre à la gare et il y en a plusieurs. L'arrêt est juste derrière la résidence.

"Résidence agréable"
Je remercie l'ensemble de l'équipe de la résidence, ils sont très accueillants et à l'écoute. Un cadre de vie agréable.
il s'agit d'une résidence très calme et très bien desservie. Beaucoup de commerces se trouvent à proximité de la résidence.

"Les Estudines Val d'Europe"
Résidence très calme très bien entretenu le seul problème c'est le non respect des places de parking on loue une place et une personne nous la prend mais le gardien fait le nécessaire après signalement

"AVIS RÉSIDENCE"
Très belle résidence, mobilier moderne, facilité de se projeter, proches de nombreux commerces : Carrefour, la Poste, La police, le vétérinaire, centre médical Kiné etc.
Mr le concierge très sympathique, toujours agréable de discuter et rigoler avec lui.
Service de lessive, imprimer des documents, disponibilité de place de parking si on veut.
Volet roulant très agréable, agencement du mobilier agréable. -

Je suis très satisfait de la résidence, l'accueil et la courtoisie du personnel. Les réceptionnistes sont très à l'écoute.
Le prix est tout à fait justifié, l'appartement est correct et bien équipé.

la résidence est à proximité des commerces. j'ai apprécier mon séjour au sein de la résidence, le personnel était très agréable et les transports sont a proximité, le voisinage sont très calme, je recommande fortement cette résidence
