"Great residence"
It has everything you need, next to it, you can find many shops, a pharmacy, football and basketball fields with an athletics track. The quality/price ratio is really good and the public transports are well served.

"Résidence agréable"
Le quartier est calme, La chambre est propre, le prix est convenable et très bonne position (bus devant la résidence et à 10 min du métro, commerces à proximité (casino à 50m, boulangerie, pharmacie).

"RESIDENCE BLAISE PASCALE"
Appartement propre, résidence qui parait calme, commerce à proximité. Cela me semble parfait pour étudier.
Il faudra voir avec le temps mais au premier abord elle est bien et le stade et le canal du midi donne un plus pour sortir s'aérer l'esprit. -

Je viens d'arriver, je trouve la résidence calme, les espaces commun sont bien entretenu, le logements est sympas et il y a pas mal de rangement, bref pour l'instant tout est bien.

"Super résidence"
Je suis très contente d'avoir trouvé cette résidence, elle est parfaite en rapport qualité/prix !
Le logement est en très bon état, la résidence est calme, sécurisée et propre !
Seul bémol pour moi, ayant eu un logement au 4 ème étage, je trouve qu'il faisait très chaud lors des fortes chaleurs en septembre et pas d'aération dans les couloirs donc un ventilateur était indispensable malgré la fenêtre du logement ouverte toute la nuit. -

"Personnel à l'ecoute"
Bonne résidence. Kitchenette trop juste, tandis que la salle d'eau est trop large. Puis avec les travaux il y a des déviations de bus, donc pas trop pratique.
La gestionnaire en charge de la résidence sur place est très gentille et s'occupe des plus petites choses. -

"Bonnes prestations"
Communs sont propres, appartement fonctionnel. Transport direct pour la gare et la faculté Paul Sabatier. Aucun problème majeur pour les 3 mois de locations passés. Je recommande la résidence située dans un quartier récent de la ville rose.

Très bonne résidence, très propre. Mon appt en très état.
Bon accueil, très à l'écoute. Je le recommande.
J'ai un T1, je le trouve un peu petit, mais finalement cela suffit largement pour un étudiant.
Seul pb en ce qui me concerne, je le trouve un peu loin de tout.
