"Problème d'isolation"
La résidence est sympa mais on n'entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs, des appartements d'à côté ou/et dessus. En gros l'isolation est à revoir. Sinon la chambre est accueillante bien que certains matériels, le jour de mon arrivé, étaient déjà abîmés ou défectueux. Le coin est sympa avec le supermarché et le tram à proximité.

"Résidence Studea Bordeaux Ouest"
Les chambres sont très propres et arrangées de manière à accueillir un étudiant/stagiaire. L'accueil est facile et agréable, la résidence disposait d'une piscine accessible facilement, internet fonctionne plutôt bien malgré quelques bugs et/ou difficultés. La laverie sur place et a un prix intéressant est un atout majeur.
Seuls bémols, le prix légèrement supérieur à un appartement classique du même style, et le parking non accessible. -

"Une résidence bien située mais collée aux trains"
La résidence est sympathique, arborée, en bon état et offre un environnement sécurisé. Les commodités tel que machine à laver, distributeurs de boissons et cafétéria sont appréciables. Le gros point noir c'est le passage des trains sous les fenêtres.
