"Super premier accueil"
Merci pour cet accueil très agreable ! De la patience, de la disponibilité et le clarté dans la présentation de la résidence.
La chambre est fonctionnelle et bien pensée. La résidence est sécurisée avec parking possible. Il est facile de se projeter pour une année d’étude… Il manque juste la climatisation pour cette journée de 38 degrés !! 😅 -

"gestetud ideal campus"
Super résidence accueillante et sécurisée en face de la fac Paul Valéry.
Accueil très sympa est arrangeant.
Je n'ai pas d'avis sur le mobilier car mon studio n'était pas meublé.
Bientôt le tram passera juste devant. -

"Résidence agréable"
Résidence très bien placée ( à côté de la fac), entièrement neuve, et calme. Philippe et Sonia sont très gentils et savent se rendre disponibles. Quelques petits problèmes de plomberie de temps en temps. Sinon rien à redire.

Résidence sans probleme, agreable, proche de l universite paul valery et du centre avec le tram. le logement est un peu petit mais tres bien equipe. l'espace laverie est bien et le personnel qui s occupe du site est tres bien. ce qui est tres important aussi c'est qu'on s'y sent en secutite

"décevant"
sur le site une photo d'une résidence flambant neuve et le jour d'arrivée des bâtiments complètement écrasés comme si une bombe était tombée la veille pas très rassurant . Au batiment neuf les couloirs étaient sales de plâtre et les studios aussi avec le sol déjà abîmé et des fuites dans la salle de bain qui à ce jour n'est toujours pas réparée. Internet nous n'en parlons pas il a fallu au moins 3 mois pour l'avoir et les frais de dossier à 300 euros je trouve vraiment trop chers (limite légal)

"Bonne résidence"
Appartement très agréable et bien conçue. Seul bémol les autres bâtiments ne sont pas encore fini donc quelques bruits de travaux dans la journée mais rien de gênant. De plus les responsables sont charmants. Je recommande.

"Idéalement situé dommage en attente connexion wifi"
Excellent ; cependant il manque la connexion wifi indispensable pour tout étudiant en attente depuis début septembre. La résidence et le logement sont très correct. La gestionnaire, le personnel de l'accueil, le gardien sont tous très professionnel et agréables.

Site très intéressant et bien conçu reponse rapide dans les délais annoncé avec un service client performant et à l'écoute et image conforme au bien proposé.
Mais quand même chère le mètre carré.

"ideal logement !"
Très agréable d'être attendus à notre arrivée. Des réponses à chacune de nos questions et une super organisation, bravo ! Nous sommes rassurés de laisser notre fils à 8000 km de chez nous en toute sécurité et avec un confort optimum.

"pas mal"
bonne résidence mais loyer trop cher par rapport a la surface habitable 14 m2 495 euros et pas desservi par le tram. bon accueil du gardien toujours disponible. point très positif pour la proximité des université sciences et lettres.

The average processing time for receiving a response to your application at the Gestetud Ideal Campus residence is 48 to 72 business hours. Once you have submitted your application on ADELE, you will have privileged access to an internal messaging system (chat).
