"Résidence JB De La Salle"
Résidence en gros pas mal ,à l'intérieur on peut voir son aspect rudimentaire; sol, murs et meubles. Il n'y a pas de problème concernant la propreté, odeurs...Souvent, la nuit il y a du bruit. J'aurais aimé qu'elle aie un ascenseur.

Les moins : Le mobilier reste tres pauvre pour le prix : les cuisines communes des collocations sont tres peu equipée, tres spartiates, (ex: pas de table pour poser un microonde, éclairage insuffisant) un minimum de mobilier supplémentaire rendrait pourtant le cadre convenable. Douche lugubre. Il faut s'engager sur 10 mois sans résiliation. -

"à éviter"
Les photos sur le site ont au mois 10 ans d'âge et depuis la résidence n'a pas été rénovée et elle est très mal entretenue au quotidien. Equipement est très rudimentaire et vétuste. Aucun confort. L'appartement a été mis à disposition sale, idem pour la salle de musculation qui est si sale que inutilisable. Le rapport qualité prix est désastreux.

L'avantage de cette résidence est que les collocation sont regroupées par école ce qui permet de sociabiliser facilement

"Résidence standard"
L'appartement est grand dans l'ensemble avec des chambres convenables. Les parties communes sont bien disposées. Le salon et les chambres sont bien situés de sorte à être bien éclairés par la lumière du jour. Cependant, la cuisine est relativement vétuste et ne dispose pas d'assez d'espace. Le mobilier est quant à lui très standard ; le strict minimum pour un étudiant. La localisation est un point faible car la résidence est loin des grands commerces même si il y a des petits commerces à côté.
