Located at 1 rue Charlotte Delbo, the Les Estudines Angers Saint-Laud residence is 100 meters from Angers Saint-Laud train station and about a ten-minute walk from the city center. The studios (T1) range from 17 to 22 m² and are delivered fully furnished and equipped. A kitchenware kit is provided, and a linen kit (sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bath mat) is provided upon arrival and then changed by the residence every two weeks. Several spaces are included in the rent. The coworking space, with its alcoves and high tables, allows for quiet study or group work. The gym offers free access to fitness and weight training equipment: treadmills, rowing machines, and elliptical trainers. Résidence propre, bien située, à 10 minutes du centre. Commerces à proximité. Point négatif, le non-respect de certains locataires quant aux déchets à l'entrée de la résidence, ainsi que des nuisances sonores en répétées dans la semaine.
