The student residence of Estudines André Desilles is located a few steps from the University of Paris 13, allowing to go in less than 5 minutes to the many UFRs and institutes of the campus: the Institut Galilée Université Paris 13, the Sorbonne Paris Nord, the '' IUT de Villetaneuse, UFR of Law, Political and Social Sciences (UFR DSPS Paris 13), UFR of Economics and Management (UFR SEG Paris 13), UFR of Letters, Human Sciences and companies (UFR LSHS Paris 13) or the UFR of Communication Sciences (UFR COM Paris 13). Its proximity to public transport (tram, bus, etc.) allows you to reach central Paris and the Gare du Nord in around 20 minutes. Many shops, restaurants and post offices are also near the residence, for the comfort of tenants.

    "Réclamation"

    Concrètement je ne conseil cette résidence à personne car il y a un gros manque de respect et d'incivilité vis à vis des résidents.
    Très mauvaise isolation des studios niveau sonore et sans oublier les résidents qui mettent la musique à fond à des heures impossibles (1h voir 2h du matin) ce qui empêche un bon nombre de résidents à avoir un bon sommeil et donc à être prêts à passer une journée de travail, le gardien n'a aucune autorité face au problème de tapage nocturne

    Désormais les bruits de voisinage et tapage nocturne ne sont pas les compétences de nos employés, il s'agit d'une infraction en habitation du code pénal qui est le domaine des forces de police.
    les responsables de ce délit peuvent faire l'objet d'une amende forfaitaire (verbalisation immédiate par le biais d'une carte-lettre).

    "Résidence agréable"

    Je trouve que la résidence est bien situé, près de divers commerces et de l'université. Le lieu est facile d'accès et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Résidence agréable, et appartements confortables. Seul défaut, le rapport qualité/prix, je trouve que les prix sont assez élevés pour des appartements pas très grands. Il y a des résidences du même groupe "Les Estudines" où les prix ne sont pas aussi élevés.

    "Bonne"

    Les Estudines André Desiles" de Villetaneuse est une résidence étudiante, proche des transports en communs et de l'université Paris 13 campus de Villetaneuse. Située dans un endroit calme et loin des nuisances sonores. J'ai trouvé tous le confort qui'il me fallait et tous les moyens pour vivre et étudier dans des bonnes conditions mais cela ne signifie pas l'inexistante,ce de certains inconvénients dont la cherté et le froid car mon appartement s'ouvrait sur le parking.
