"Résidence très bien mais pour des séjours courts"
La résidence possède une localisation parfaite (notamment pour les étudiants de Skema): Carrefour à 2min, centre ville à moins de 10min.
Cependant le vis-à-vis avec l'école est parfois gênant.
Les aérations dans les fenêtres sont un vrai problème puisqu'il est impossible de les fermer et le froid s'installe par conséquent très vite dans l'appartement, ainsi que la poussière.
Le loyer est relativement cher. Les services de blanchisserie proposés par la résidence sont un véritable plus !
