"gérance impeccable"
Je suis dans cette résidence depuis 2017. Depuis que nous avons un nouveau gérant tout va beaucoup mieux:la propreté et la sécurité de l'immeuble-même si encore loin de parfait.Il est toujours disponible et à l'écoute et fait de son mieux à résoudre des problèmes fréquents dans l'immeuble.Je ne peux pas dire que l'immeuble est parfait,non. Mais je peux sincèrement dire que par rapport à tous les problèmes qui existent dans l'immeuble,il est un génie à pouvoir les gérer en tout professionnalisme

"note colline de l'arche"
La résidence colline de l'arche est une résidence étudiante abordable dans un quartier de courbevoie où les loyers peuvent très vites s'envoler toute fois l'entretient de la résidence laisse à désirer et le renouvellement des équipements (lits, couverts, tuyauteries) n'est pas fait. Appartement très vétuste. Laverie (Machines à laver, canalisation) laissé à l'abandon

"Manque de sécurité"
Au niveau de la sécurité, il doit y avoir plus d'hommes de sécurité la nuit. Le soir des habitants squattent le hall, y laissent des bouteilles d'alcool, des sacs de poubelles et des déchets éparpillés partout. Et c'est malheureusement au gardien de tout ramasser le lendemain.
