"Residence de haute standing"
Notre expérience à Odalys Confluence était très positive : un cadre calme, soigné, des studios avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour safe et agréable, près de super marchés, cafés, boulangeries, tram. Un quartier très beau et sans risque. Une équipe présente et efficace.

La qualité de la résidence et des services est au rendez-vous.
Logement très bien aménagé et rénové avec soin. Prestations de qualité, avec des services à forte valeur ajoutée (piscine, salle de fitness, espace petit-déjeuner). Positionnement géographique idéal calme ressourçant sécurisant.
Mention spéciale à la gérante qui s'est montrée très disponible et à l'écoute : un appui très appréciable et rassurant pour s'installer dans les meilleures conditions🌞 -

"appartements neufs"
Les appartements ont été récemment rénovés, ils sont bien situés et bien chauffés. Le prix est un peu élevé. Il n'y a pas de salle de réunion, de jeux... pour les étudiants, ce qui serait particulièrement utile pour nouer des relations personnelles.

"Residence calme et confortable"
La residence est situe dans un quartier très calme en plein cœur de Confluence, proche des restaurants, supermarchés et de la gare Peyrache. Les studios sont très propres et confortables (il y a eu une renovation en 2025), bien isoles et tous les services necessaires sont disponibles (laverie, wifi etc.), y compris salle de sport et piscine. Le personnel est sérieux et très sympathique. Je recommande meme si le prix est un peu plus élevé.
