"Résidence agréable"
Appartement fonctionnel, sécurisé, bien placé. Lit pas confortable et trop petit. Porte de la douche qui fuit et jamais réparée malgré les demandes. Portes de placard HS en permanence.

"résidence chère"
L'appartement est bien agencé, mais problème de ménage et de réparation au début de la location. Par contre, gestionnaire très accueillant et professionnel et la résidence offre de bonnes prestations et est fonctionnelle et très propre. Le lieu est également pratique car proche de la gare.
La raison principale de notre départ est le prix du loyer qui était cher. -

"Résidence agréable"
Résidence plutôt agréable et proche du centre ville. La gérante est serviable et se rend disponible pour le bien-être des résidents mais des problématiques perdurent en raison de contraintes qui paraissent indépendantes de sa volonté. Il faut parfois attendre des semaines voire des mois pour résoudre des soucis concernant le chauffage et/ou internet. Par ailleurs, le débit de l'eau dans la douche est trop faible. Il est dommage que ces points viennent ternir la qualité de vie.

"Très bonne résidence"
Résidence calme et très confortable, bien située avec tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité ainsi que les transports
Elle est est bien pensée pour les étudiants, les logements sont sympas avec du mobilier de bonne qualité et assez d’espace pour ranger ses affaires. De plus le personnel est très agréable, ouvert, accueillant et à l’écoute des étudiants, ce qui permet une résolution très rapide des petits problèmes qui peuvent arriver au cours d’une année.
Rien à redire sur cette résidence. -

"Une excellente residence"
C'est une residence ou l'on se sent comme a la maison, les employés et le directeur sont top, le logement est agréable et bien chauffé, il y a une salle de sport, et une salle commune pour réviser ou cuisiner. On peut même réserver pour inviter des amis a manger ou réviser. Il fait vraiment bon vivre je suis contente d'être dans cette résidence

"Très bien"
Résidence dans une rue calme mais proche de toutes les commodités, à 3 ou 4 minutes de la gare et du métro. Construction récente, bien entretenue. Mon studio comprend kitchenette, douche, toilettes, lavabo, il est entièrement meublé sauf la tv mais il y en a une dans le salon; il y a également une machine à laver le linge au sous-sol. C'est vraiment très bien.

"résidence agréable bien située dans Rennes"
Résidence agréable, décor contemporain confortable et fonctionnel, salle de bains assez spacieuse. La laverie au sous-sol est un plus. Bien située par rapport aux transports (gare tgv et métro très proches) permettant ainsi un accès direct à l'université Rennes 2, au centre ville (5-10 minutes à pied) et à côté d'une rue commerçante.
