"Bonne résidence"
Très agréable et neuf. Je fais partie des logements mansardés ce qui est dommage car moins de luminosité et impression de plus petit. Hors ça, c’est bien agencé et calme.

"Résidence moderne mais attention aux détails😉"
La résidence est moderne, bien située et à un bon prix (495€/18m² TTC)! La com avec le personnel est assez facile.Cependant, l’isolation phonique est insuffisante (on entend tout surtout qd des voisins décident de faire du bruit jusqu'à 2h du mat), le chauffage est peu efficace (sauf salle de bain)& l’accessibilité pr les PMR & personnes en situation de handicap est limitée. De+le parking annoncé est réservé aux employés. Malgré cela elle reste l’une de mes meilleures expériences Kosy, après Troyes😊
