"Bonne résidence"
Je suis ravie de résider à cette résidence car elle est bien entretenue et de facon régulière. C'est un endroit accueillant et bien située au niveau des commerces, des administrations, des lignes de bus et du métro. Le service au niveau de la conciergerie est impeccable.

"Pratique et confortable"
Résidence parfaite pour des étudiants des écoles environnantes. Le métro est à proximité, le parking est sécurisé.
Les appartements sont confortables, mais il faut préférer ceux qui sont orientés au sud. -

Service et accueil Impeccable! Manque Nettoyage Palier mais à part ça tout est bien..
Dans studio les detecteur fumée sont au-dessus des plaques se qui entraine des déclechement intempestif? A remédier si possible -

L'appartement est bien ainsi que l'immeuble en général mais le loyer est au dessus du standing proposé par rapport au marché. Par exemple, les meubles et les outils mise à disposition dans l'appartement sont de qualités médiocre.
