"Bonne résidence"
Un super régisseur, toujours à l'écoute, très réactif!
Le seul bémol c'est le manque des caméras de surveillance pour se sentir plus en sécurité.
Les prix restent assez élevés, comme pour chaque résidence étudiante privée... -

"Residence Alliance - Avis personnels"
J'ai été énormément satisfaite de la Résidence Alliance. C'était pour la première fois que je louais un appartement et sincèrement je pense que c’était le meilleur choix que j'ai pu faire. Tant au niveau aspect général que confort, proximité et sécurité, la Résidence Alliance est merveilleusement un bon choix pour un étudiant qui préfère être dans un endroit serein.

"Excellente résidence, si ce n'est un "gros" détail"
Cette résidence à vraiment tout pour plaire.
Un régisseur vraiment très sympa et professionnel, une grande propreté des locaux et ses appartement assez sympas.
Seulement, il y a néanmoins un gros bémol à cela.
Le fait que l'interphone n'existe pas.
Cela pose d'énormes soucis, surtout vis à vis de la Poste qui une 9 fois sur 10 ne prends donc pas la peine de laisser un colis.
Un interphone serait donc ce qui complèterait au mieux cette résidence selon moi.

Yes, the Résidence Alliance residence is "conventionnée" (under agreement with the state), which allows you to receive APL (Aide Personnalisée au Logement). This assistance, paid by the CAF, is calculated based on your income and directly reduces the amount of your monthly rent. The average processing time for receiving a response to your application at the Résidence Alliance residence is 48 to 72 business hours. Once you have submitted your application on ADELE, you will have privileged access to an internal messaging system (chat). This service allows you to directly contact the residence manager to track the progress of your application or ask further questions about your future accommodation.
Tip: Ensure your application is complete (guarantor and supporting documents) to expedite the approval process. -
In this residence, electricity is not included in your service charges. To ensure you have light and heating as soon as you move in, it is essential to register the meter in your name before the move-in inspection.
