    "Résidence calme."

    Logement très petit mais cocooning. Toujours bien entretenue. Résidence calme. Tout à proximité, pas loins des commerces et des transports. Cependant il n'y a pas de salle ou de cafet pour se retrouver entre étudiante(s).

    "Superbe résidence"

    Agréablement surpris par le confort, la propreté, l’équipement des studios tant le mobilier que la vaisselle, une buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge, le parking à vélo sécurisé, les espaces verts, une salle de réunion, rien ne manque, en même temps la résidence est neuve et l'équipe est très sympathique et disponible, l'emplacement par rapport à la Faculté et à l'IUT, le quartier qui évolue, les transports (bus). Je recommande volontiers cette résidence qui est bien pensée

    "Résidence agréable"

    La résidence est proche de la faculté à pied. Les services proposés sont bien et le service d’accueil très agréable et toujours à notre disposition.
    Très bonne résidence, le seul bémol serait le bruit des autres résidents (musique forte, parle fort et crie dans les couloirs) qui ne font pas attention aux autres
    Sinon rien à dire sur cette résidence

    "Résidence agréable"

    La résidence est calme et bien organisée. Les services sont intéressants et toujours disponibles (laverie). Le cadre est sympa et la residence est bien située pour les différentes écoles qui se trouvent sur le campus sud.

    "Résidence très agréable"

    Résidence très sympathique, très bon acceuil proche des universités et moderne, fais pour les étudiants, elle est également sécurisée, facile d’accé avec des places de parking et pas trop loins des arrêts de bus
